For research use only. This product and/or its use falls within the scope of the claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,422,889 and 7,915,037 and their corresponding foreign patent applications assigned to Stowers Institute for Medical Research, Kansas City, Missouri.

The terms of the limited use license conveyed with the purchase of this product are as follows: The purchaser is granted an automatic license to use the Dre-rox technology only for internal, academic research purposes and teaching, which license specifically excludes the right to sell, or otherwise transfer, the Material or its component parts to third parties. The Material may not be used for commercial purposes.

Commercial Use means any and all uses of this product and derivatives by a party for monetary or other consideration and may include, but is not limited to use in: (1) product manufacture; and (2) to provide a service, and/or resale of the product or its derivatives, whether or not such product or derivatives are resold for use in research.

In accepting this license, all users acknowledge that the Material is experimental in nature. Gene Bridges makes no warranties, express or implied or of any kind, and hereby disclaims any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind as to the Dre-rox technology, patents, or products.

By opening and using this product, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the conditions of this limited use statement.
