For research use only. This product and/or its use falls within the scope of the claims of U.S. Patent Application No. 12/307,418 and their corresponding foreign patent applications assigned to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, Washington.

The terms of the limited use license conveyed with the purchase of this product are as follows: The purchaser is granted an automatic license to use the FLPo technology only for internal, academic research purposes and teaching, which license specifically excludes the right to sell, or otherwise transfer, the Material or its component parts to third parties. The Material may not be used for commercial purposes.

Commercial Use means any and all uses of this product and derivatives by a party for monetary or other consideration and may include, but is not limited to use in: (1) product manufacture; and (2) to provide a service, and/or resale of the product or its derivatives, whether or not such product or derivatives are resold for use in research.

In accepting this license, all users acknowledge that the material is experimental in nature. Gene Bridges makes no warranties, express or implied or of any kind, and hereby disclaims any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind as to the FLPo technology, patents, or products.

By opening and using this product, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the conditions of this limited use statement.
